The Grand Prize Winner — VIP Post Malone at Sun Bowl Stadium

Alexa Perez from El Paso, Texas took the grand prize with a photo that stopped the judges mid-scroll.

A LEGO figure dressed as the UTEP Miners mascot, complete with his tiny pickaxe, stands proudly atop an iced coffee from The Coffee Spot. Framed by the Franklin Mountains in the background, the scene captures a playful sense of El Paso pride and spirit.

The prize: a VIP package for two to Post Malone Presents: The BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2 at Sun Bowl Stadium on May 13, 2026 — with Jelly Roll and Carter Faith on the lineup. The package is valued at $2,000 to $3,000.

One photo. One coffee shop tag. One night they will never forget.

The Runner-Up Winners — BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' Tickets

Two runners-up each won a pair of tickets to one of the biggest concerts El Paso has ever hosted.

Arieanie Inostroza took home the first runner up position.

A playful, music-inspired scene shows her and her coffee reimagined as the album cover for BTS’s “Please,” while her adorable puppy looks up at her from the side.

Lexandra Gonzalez took home the second runner up position.

Her picture captures her standing in front of The Coffee Spot as her partner feeds her an oversized coffee.
Warm palm tree shadows stretch across the floor, adding a tropical Puerto Rican vibe to the scene.

Both winners receive tickets to BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ at Sun Bowl Stadium featuring all seven members: RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. Each pair of tickets is valued at $800 to $1,200.

For two El Paso residents, a free photo contest entry turned into front-row seats to one of the biggest tours on the planet.

Why This Contest Mattered

It would be easy to look at Sip, Snap & Win as a promotion. A coffee shop ran a giveaway. People entered. Winners were picked. End of story.

But that misses what actually happened here.

The Coffee Spot is a small, independently owned, Puerto Rican-inspired coffee shop. They are not a franchise. They do not have a corporate marketing department. They sourced their own prizes — a VIP Post Malone package and two sets of BTS tickets worth thousands of dollars combined — and gave them away for free. No purchase necessary. No catch. No fine print designed to trap you into a subscription.

They did it because they believe that a local business should give back to the community that supports it. In a city where 60 to 80 percent of jobs come from small businesses and 68 cents of every locally spent dollar stays in the community, that philosophy is not just admirable. It is essential.

The Sip, Snap & Win contest proved something that data alone cannot capture: when a local business invests in its community, the community invests right back — with its time, its creativity, and its loyalty.

What's Next for The Coffee Spot

The contest is over. The coffee is not going anywhere.

The Coffee Spot at the Shoppes at Solana is open and serving the same Yauco, Puerto Rico-sourced beans, the same Abuelatte, the same Cafe Con Leche, and the same welcoming atmosphere that turned a west-side coffee shop into one of El Paso’s favorite community spaces.

And El Paso’s live music scene is just getting started. The Sunset Amphitheater — a 12,500-capacity, $80 million outdoor venue — is set to open later this year. Sol Summit Music & Cultura Festival launches its inaugural edition this spring. Neon Desert returns for Memorial Day weekend downtown. The city’s concert calendar is only getting bigger.

If Sip, Snap & Win was chapter one, the best chapters are still ahead. Follow @thecoffeespot915 on Instagram to stay in the loop. Walk through the door. Order something great. And keep your camera ready — because you never know when the next contest drops.

Twenty-five days. Hundreds of photos. Three winners. Thousands of dollars in concert experiences — given away for free by a local coffee shop that believes El Paso deserves more than the ordinary.

To everyone who entered: thank you. You made Sip, Snap & Win what it was. To the winners: enjoy every second of it. And to everyone else: The Coffee Spot is still here. The coffee is still incredible. And the best is still coming.

See you at the next one.
